OPEN HEAVEN

“Then, after doing all those things,I will pour out my Spirit upon all people.Your sons and daughters will prophesy.Your old men will dream dreams, and your young men will see visions. 29 In those days I will pour out my Spirit even on servants—men and women alike. Joel 2:27-29

When we first started this Prayer Group, we envisioned the Holy Spirit doing great things among ourselves and our family. And as usual, we limited God in our lives. We have found out that God is up to something that’s bigger an greater than us. It has been not just physical preaching, our physically exerting effort in ministry, and not just saying a perfunctory prayer, but as the apostle Paul stated:

1And I, brethren, when I came to you, came not with excellency of speech or of wisdom, declaring unto you the testimony of God. 2For I determined not to know any thing among you, save Jesus Christ, and him crucified. 3And I was with you in weakness, and in fear, and in much trembling. 4And my speech and my preaching was not with enticing words of man’s wisdom, but in demonstration of the Spirit and of power: (I Cor. 2:1-4)

We returned to Daytona Village with this apprehension, that like in the past the Holy Spirit will do great things through us as we intercede for the lost As you enter this complex, the compassion of God takes over; the neighborhood kids are out among the drug addicts and you can sense the heart of God breaking for His young ones.

The room was totally full. We had 6 kids and 12 Adults in this small apartment and the Holy Spirit took over. After the teaching, the power of God was thick, as we entered the Fourth Dimension through petition and intercession for our nation, Israel, the church and the lost. This dimension is where the real spiritual battle of the Kingdom occurs daily and intensely and where Christ is glorified. 12For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places. Ephesians 6:12

As the Spirit of God began to move among the prayer group. The cry of souls reached it’s utmost peak. “Give us souls or we die” It’s not enough that we pray, it’s not enough that our needs are met, while people were are dying among us and around us. Jesus said ; For the Son of man is come to seek and to save that which was lost. Luke 19:10. We are here to bring the lost to Jesus Christ at any cost.

The anointing in this room shifted and prayer was initiated towards the people. A young lady was called forward and the power of God totally transformed her life. She made a commitment to Jesus Christ. The Holy Spirit revealed to her that God was aware of the abuse and then her consequential choice of a homosexual lifestyle. The Spirit of seduction was called out and this author believes that God delivered her from that bondage. The power of God was manifested among the children present as well. There was one young lady in particular, about 12 years old, who came forward; she was quite hesitant at first and as it was explained to her what was happening, she began to cry. As the power of God fell upon her, she was engulfed in the Holy Spirit and fell out under the anointing, without a finger being laid on her. Praise God! And as the other children began to receive from God, all of them received Christ into their hearts.

As the anointing flowed among the group member, a spirit of Joy , Holy Ghost laughter broke out. The members were on the floor experiencing the joy of the Lord in a powerful way.

What is revival? It is God “stepping down from heaven” and baring His holy arm. He comes and acts and speaks. There is a holy presence and a word on fire. God is in the midst of His people. The Lord is shaking the world. That is revival! It is a time of visitation. We are ready for it! If it is confined to one church it is not revival. If it is confined to the meetings themselves it is not revival. If it can all be traced to the efforts of man it is not revival. If it does not ultimately affect the society it is not revival. We are totally dependant upon the Holy Spirit When Jesus was on the earth, He explained to His disciples that it was better for Him to go away so that the Holy Spirit could come. Jesus could only be in one place at one time, but the Holy Spirit could be everywhere. Jesus could directly touch only those who heard and saw Him, but the Holy Spirit could directly touch people anywhere at anytime — even if they were resisting and running. He transcends all human agency! In revival, the Holy Spirit moves deeply and widely, supernaturally and powerfully. He goes into the homes and schools, into the places of business and the places of sin, and He brings the sense of the reality of God. He brings conviction! It is impossible to flee from God during revival. It brings souls to himself. And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. John 12: 32

We are under an OPEN HEAVEN. (To be continued)

  1. Open the windows of Heaven, Let it rain, Let it rain..
Isaiah 64:1,2 Says,…Oh that You would rend the heavens, that You would come down, that the mountains would flow down at Your presence. As when the melting fire burns, the fire causes water to boil, to make Your name known to Your adversaries that the nations may tremble at Your presence.
When heaven takes over, God will be near. When God draws near you cannot help being effected , your family, your town, your city, your nation. That’s what we have been praying for isn’t it! “Thy Kingdom Come” Now if you prayed that then …The Presence of God, the Glory is here. Let it manifest mightily today. And let it remain with us. Continue to ask for the presence of God daily. That He may effect change in and around and through us that we might be able to extend compassionate hands to the poor, the needy, the destitute. love and miss you guys. dd

  2. Happy Birthday to you, happy birthday. Happy birthday to you, happy birthday.

Nothing is more sacred than someone’s life, and no words more precious
than words that celebrate someone’s life. And so, we say to you:
Everytime we think of you, we thank God,
and pray for you with prayers of joy.
For God began a good work in you,
and will complete that work in years to come.

Our prayer for you now is this:
    that your love grow richer
in knowledge and insight of every kind,
    that you learn by experience
    what really matters,
that on the day you appear before God,
God welcome you as a flawless gift,
    a rich harvest of praise,
    through Jesus Christ. Amen.

    May the Lord bless you and keep you;
May the Lord shed his light upon you,
May the Lord look upon you kindly
    and give you peace.

    Happy Birthday, Pastor Robert.
